These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between Robert Arnold t/a Coaching Success Club
("we," "us," or "our") and clients who purchase or use our coaching services ("Client"). By engaging our services,
you agree to these Terms.

2. Definitions

Coaching Success Club: Refers to Robert Arnold, trading as Coaching Success Club. Client: The individual or business purchasing or using the services. Services: Coaching, mentoring, and training programs provided by us. Protected Data: Personal data processed under UK data protection laws.

3. Basis of the Contract

3.1 These Terms, along with any order forms or agreements, form the entire contract.
3.2 Any changes to the Terms will be communicated to the Client, and continued
use of services implies acceptance.

4. Client Responsibilities

The Client agrees to:

Provide accurate and complete information. Comply with applicable laws, including data protection regulations. Avoid using the services for illegal purposes. Make payments as agreed.

5. Payment Terms

5.1 Payment terms will be outlined in your order
confirmation.
5.2 Late payments may incur interest at 1.5% per month.
5.3 We reserve the right to suspend services if payment is overdue by more than
20 days.

6. Cooling-Off Period and Cancellations

6.1 Clients have a right to cancel within 14 days under the
Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 unless services have already commenced.

7. Termination and Suspension

We may suspend or terminate services if: Payments are overdue. Clients breach these Terms.

8. Data Protection

We process personal data in line with our Privacy Policy and UK GDPR.

9. Intellectual Property

Any materials provided during coaching remain our property, and clients may only use them for personal purposes.

10. Limitation of Liability

10.1 We do not guarantee specific results from our services.

10.2 Our liability is limited to the amount paid by the Client in the last 12 months.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
